Other interesting information discovered: Henri Noelk (Henry Nulk) was born on 10/15/1822 in Mecklenburg, Germany. He came to the United States with his mother and two sisters in 1848 initially living in Wisconsin. Henry married Mary Thiel in Wisconsin in 1858, seven children were born of this union. Henry was living in the Cardington, Ohio area prior to the War. He worked on the rail road and was a day laborer. He moved to Marion with one of his children until his death on 1/25/1917. (94 years old)
