William M Steiner was born in July 1839. He married Livonia Riley and had at least one child. William lived in the Cardington, Ohio area and was a carpenter and farmer. He was granted an invalid’s pension on 5/10/1890. His wife, Livonia collected a widow’s pension in 1904.
