Other interesting information discovered:  While living in Morrow County in 1860, Ashley was listed as a silversmith.  By 1900 he was living in Nogalas, Az. and was a watchmaker.  He died in El Paso, Tx.

Place of burial:  Evergreen Cemetery, El Paso, Tx.
