Other interesting information discovered:

Elwood Bunker was born in Cardington, Ohio on 6/15/1846. He married Alice M Sage on 6/13/1872 in Morrow County, three children were born of this union.  Elwood farmed in the Peru Township area of Morrow County. He collected an invalid’s pension on 4/17/1876. His wife, Alice collected a widow’s pension on 12/10/1915.
