George Opper was born on 4/17/1843. He married Nancy Miller on 9/13/1855 in Wayne County, Ohio. He lived in Wayne County and Cardington, Ohio and was employed as a day laborer. He collected an invalid’s pension on 11/8/1868. His wife, Nancy collected a widow’s pension on 3/5/1890
