Richard A St Clair was born in Ohio on 3/4/1843. He was married twice: On 8/28/1873 Richard married Esther A Cecil in Morrow County, Ohio. Esther died in 1873. On 1/24/1878 he married Belle Velda McIntosh in Licking County, Ohio.  Richard was employed during his lifetime as a clerk in a store, a farmer and a Teamster.  No pension information was found.
