Other interesting information discovered:

Henry Sterner was born in Pennsylvania in 1837.  On 4/21/1863 he married Emma Welter in Seneca County, Ohio, together they had two children.  Emma died in 1870. On 1/24/1871 Henry married Ellen Gibbs in Morrow County.  Henry’s employment was listed as day laborer.  He received an invalid pension on 5/25/1863.  Henry and his family lived in the Cardington, Ohio until his death in 1886. Ellen Sterner received a widow’s pension on 9/23/1886.
