Other interesting information discovered:  Armstrong was shown to be living in Morrow County in 1860.  After the war he married Jennie Sutton.  They are shown to be living in Iowa in the 1890’s.  He died there in 1891.

Date of Death:  Feb. 14, 1891

Place of burial:  Logan, Iowa (cemetery unknown)
