Other interesting information discovered:

Henry Cecil’s farm lay just north of the Whetstone River in Cardington.  It would later be referred to as the Cecil Maxwell farm, with Maxwell Park being part of this area.

Henry Cecil’s regiment lost during service 9 Officers and 148 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 2 Officers and 142 Enlisted men by disease. Total 296.
