Other interesting information discovered:

Namon Hodge had no known ties to Cardington Township, other than his service with Company M of the 3rd. OVC, in which a number of Cardington men served.  He was born in Illinois, and lived there for most of his life.  His first wife’s name was Isabella Thompson, who died in 1893.  At some other time he married a lady named Jane.
