Battles in which he fought:

John Myers did not fight in any battles.  He was 45 when he enlisted, and was probably just not able to adjust to the rigors of being a soldier.

Other interesting information discovered:

John Myers’ wife’s name was Miriam.  In Sept. 1866 he filed for an invalid’s pension.  He died about nine months later.
