Other interesting information discovered:  Elias Cornelius Nicholas was born in the year of 1841. He married Susan E Shenck in Morrow County on 12/22/1867. In 1880 he was living in Toledo, Ohio and was employed as a carriage trimmer. The 1890 census shows Elias living in Cardington, Ohio.  He applied for an invalid’s pension on 12/18/1863.  His wife Susan applied for a widow’s pension on 4/4/1881.
