Daniel D Rowen was born to the union of William Clark and Almeda (nee: Dailey) Rowan in 1844. The 1850 and 1860 Morrow County, Ohio census show Daniel lived in the Westfield Township area of Morrow County prior to the War. His father, William Clark Rowan collected his pension on 9/28/1888.
