Leroy Petty Slack was born in Ohio on 10/22/1838. He married Adeline E. Terry on 11/12/1865, together they had two children. Leroy lived in the Cardington and Delaware, Ohio areas all of his life. He was employed as a wagon maker, farmer and night watchman during his lifetime. Leroy received an invalid pension on 1/24/1988, his wife Adeline received a widow’s pension in 1911.
