2022 summer reading is here!
We've got five weeks of reading, crafts, entertainment, and prizes planned for all ages and we can't wait to see you at the library!
For youth ages birth-12th grade, the reading program consists of weekly reading logs, which, when turned in on time, earn the reader a small prize and entry into the weekly prize drawings.
For adults, no registration is required, simply fill out a raffle ticket at the library for each book, magazine, or audio book you read to be entered into the weekly prize drawings.
The prize drawing for each week happens on the following Monday; to be eligible for each weekly drawing you must have raffle tickets and reading logs turned in by close on Saturday of each week. For the youth program, everyone who completes and submits all five weeks of their reading log by Saturday, July 16th will be eligible for the grand prize drawing!
Youth program registration starts June 6th- sign up online here
Program runs June 13- July 16
Join the hunt! Pick up a map at the library, and throughout all five weeks of Summer Reading, find the clues and mark them on the map. Return your answers for a chance to win a prize! The last day to turn in your map is Friday, July 15th.
Help save the merpeople from the dreaded pirate! Explore the deeps in our Escape Room, now open at the library!
This is our biggest program each year and we couldn't do it without generous donations from local businesses and individuals.
This program is funded in part through a federal Institute of Museum and Library Services LSTA grant awarded by the State Library of Ohio and generous donations from local businesses.
