We’re Hiring a Youth Programming Coordinator!
Have a knack for creativity, a love for working with kids and teens, and a passion for bringing ideas to life? The Cardington-Lincoln Public Library is looking for an energetic Youth Programming Coordinator to dream up, plan, and lead fun, engaging programs for children, teens, and families in our community!
📚 What You’ll Do:
- Design and lead exciting programs (think story times, teen events, family activities, and more!)
- Partner with performers, presenters, and community groups
- Help patrons of all ages explore books, technology, and library resources
- Promote programs and make a real impact in our community
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
Someone who’s creative, organized, welcoming, and excited to make the library a vibrant place for young people and families
💼 Details:
- Part-time (20 hours/week, with the potential to expand in the future)
- Pay: $18.31–$19.50/hour depending on experience
- Includes evenings & weekends
- Benefits (PTO, paid holidays, & OPERS)
