Other interesting information discovered:

Lewis S. Barge was born on 6/2/1843.  He and his wife Minnie lived in the Cardington, Ohio area where Lewis was employed in the farm and stock business. Sometime after 1880 he and his family moved to Indianapolis, Indiana where he was employed as a foreman at a carriage factory.

Lewis collected an invalid’s pension on 12/16/1889. His wife Minnie received the widow’s pension on 7/2/1823.
