Prerequisite: Students have completed "Introduction to Mouse and Keyboard" OR are able to use a computer mouse and keyboard without help. We will use Google's Gmail as our example. Skills learned can be adapted to other email programs.
Topics covered are: What is email?, the email address, inbox, virus protection, subject line, forward, reply and reply all, composing a message, using CC and Bcc, opening an attachment, and adding an attachment.
Students should bring a sweater/jacket; the classroom can be cold. Also, students should park in the back lot and enter through the entrance that is at the bottom of the handicap ramp.
