John Conger was born in Knox County, Ohio on 11/21/1836. He married Rebecca J Mead on 10/18/1866, two sons were born of this union. John was a farmer and Mason in the Harmony Township area of Morrow County until his death in 1893. He collected an invalid’s pension on 3/30/1871. His wife Rebecca collected a widow’s pension on 5/10/1893.
