Other interesting information discovered:

Clayton F Willits was born in Ohio on 5/6/1845.  His two older brothers, Wendall P Willits and William Willits served in the 3rd OVI Company I.   Wendall died in Tennessee during the War.  Clayton married Mary Vickers on Christmas Day 1866, five children were born of this union.  Clayton lived and farmed in the Cardington, Ohio most of his life. At age 84 in 1930, he and his wife were living at 416 W Main Street, Cardington, Ohio. Clayton collected an invalid’s pension on 7/26/1890.
