Prerequisite:  Students have completed "Introduction to Mouse and Keyboard" OR are able to use a computer mouse and keyboard without help.  We will use Windows 7 WordPad.  Skills learned can be adapted to other programs.

This class is for beginning computer users.  Students will learn how to use the computer mouse and keyboard commands to operate a computer.  We will cover the basic layout of the Windows 7 desktop and use WordPad to learn about the different keys and mouse functions.  It is not necessary for students to know how to type.

Prerequisite:  Students have completed "Introduction to Mouse and Keyboard" OR are able to use a computer mouse and keyboard without help.  We will use Google's Gmail as our example.  Skills learned can be adapted to other email programs.

Topics covered are:  What is email?, the email address, inbox, virus protection, subject line, forward, reply and reply all, composing a message, using CC and Bcc, opening an attachment, and adding an attachment.

Bake Sale/Book Sale
